- Turn off data roaming on your home carrier before departure, but keep data roaming ON for this new eSIM.
- Network needed to install
- Installing an eSIM requires Wi-Fi or a cellular connection.
- Refund policy
- You can cancel within 14 days of purchase as long as the eSIM has not been installed. For cancellations due to customer reasons, an amount equivalent to the payment processing fee is deducted.
- Network conditions
- Speed and coverage vary with local network conditions, and coverage also differs from country to country and region to region. Dead zones can occur underground, in the mountains, inside buildings without repeaters, on airplanes, or in crowded areas — we are not responsible for such coverage gaps.
- Installation deadline
- You must install (download) the eSIM within 60 days of issue, or it may stop working. Refunds are also only possible within 14 days of purchase, so do not buy too far ahead — buying a day or two before you leave is soon enough.
- One-time installation
- An eSIM can only be installed once. Do not delete the eSIM after a successful installation — losses caused by deletion are not refundable.
- When usage time starts
- Usage time starts counting from the moment the eSIM is installed (activated).
- When to install
- We recommend installing over Wi-Fi and starting to use it right away at your destination. Note that installing early may reduce your usage time.
